Every business in the physical economy has a credit team, an AR team, and a finance department.
And in most cases, those teams spend a lot of time on work that has nothing to do with exercising judgment or deploying expertise. Thing like approving applications that clearly meet policy, chasing remittance details that should have come with the payment, or reconciling payments across bank feeds, lockboxes, and card processors that were never designed to talk to each other.
The administrative and repetitive work has only grown over time. We’ve seen this firsthand with our customers, which is why it’s a problem we knew we needed to solve.
Our solution is Nuvo Intelligence: a coordinated system of AI agents that take on that administrative work, freeing credit, AR, and finance teams to focus on the decisions that require their expertise, not just their time.
Nuvo Intelligence gathers data, reasons across it, and executes workflows autonomously. It starts with three categories of data that have never been brought together in one system.
The Trade Graph is Nuvo Intelligence's unique superpower. It's a structured map of how credit, goods, and dollars move through the physical economy, and it gives our agents context that no standalone tool can match. With every business that joins the network, the map gets richer and Nuvo Intelligence gets more powerful.

AI agents work across every part of the order-to-cash lifecycle to decrease manual workload.
We started with credit and accounts receivable, the parts of the trade lifecycle where data fragmentation costs companies the most. To understand why these workflows have stayed manual for so long, consider what a credit team actually does.
When a new customer wants to buy on terms, the team has to verify the business is real, check its financial health, review its payment history with other suppliers, and decide how much credit to extend. Today, that process involves pulling data from a dozen sources, following up for missing information, and waiting for analysts to make a judgment call. At most companies, it takes a few weeks or even months. While it's pending, the customer can't place orders, and the supplier can't recognize revenue.
Nuvo Intelligence collapses that timeline. Here's what early customers are seeing:
New customers can start ordering the same day they apply. One early customer cut their average credit review from 14 days to a few hours, because the onboarding agent handles the data gathering, verification, and policy application automatically. Human review only kicks in for the small share of applications that genuinely need it.
Most applications never touch a human. At another early customer, the decisioning agent is fully resolving 80% of incoming applications on its own, either approving them outright based on the customer's internal credit policies, or following up with the applicant for missing information. The credit team's workload dropped accordingly.

Customers have seen up to 80% of applications resolved through autodecisioning.
Risk gets caught before it becomes a problem. The onboarding agent does deep research on every applicant, including public records, news, and litigation. One customer learned about an applicant's active lawsuit through this research before extending credit, a signal that would have taken a human analyst hours to surface, if they found it at all.
Collections automation that reduces DSO. The collections agent handles dunning end-to-end, following up with customers on past-due invoices and payments. This lowers DSO and in turn reduces the carrying costs of extending credit to customers.
Cash application is done in near real-time. As soon as a payment is detected, the cash application agent gets to work reconciling it against remittances, looking across inboxes and payment receipts. If none can be found, it will reach out to your customer and get to a resolution.
The pattern across all of these is the same. Work that used to require a person sitting at a desk, hunting for information across systems, now runs in the background. The team's time gets redirected toward more valuable work.
Credit and AR is where we started, and the agents we've shipped so far are already changing how our customers operate. From here, we're expanding coverage across the full customer and vendor relationship lifecycle, including procurement, order controls, billing, payments, collections, and cash application.
Every additional workflow compounds with the rest, because they all run on the same Trade Graph and the same shared context about a business. The more activity on the platform, the better every agent performs, for every customer.
Our long-term vision is to centralize global trade operations on Nuvo: a platform where fifty million businesses, a live ledger of every interaction between them, and a full suite of agents let these industries run with the speed and intelligence that the physical economy has lacked for decades.
The industries that feed people, build cities, and move goods have been running on infrastructure that was designed before the internet. With Nuvo Intelligence, that changes.
